Stopped by Gaudalupe Cafe tonight with a friend. Always a taste treat, and tonight was no exception, even though we were only in the mood for something light. We split a Salsa Sampler and a side of fried plantain. A taste treat!!! My friend was eyeing all the dishes that were going to other tables and decided that she needed a trip back in the near future to try some of the main dishes. Not only is the food consistantly wonderful, from my experience, but there is a wide variety of live music performances on a regular basis.

So many good palces to eat in Sylva. I visted 553(? I think i got the number correct) a little while back. It was very good. They've also got Lulu's and a great little brewery.
