Did anyone know that there is a place in Jackson county to get great sushi?!!! There is a little stand in the WCU student union building downstairs. Made fresh every morning. I tried some raw salmon and white fish and tuna - it came with a little rice and a generous amount of wasabi (which is reason enough for me to be pleased) and pickled ginger - and it was such a treat.  If you are there in the mornings when it is being made, Mia, that prepares the sushi, is a delightful woman.
